As people adopt the system they will inevitably have questions or run into problems. Providing a clear way to help them goes a long way to build trust. It's also a good way to learn about what needs to be improved.
For newer systems, this can be a simple as a Slack channel, email, or Google Form. You just need to have some way for people to ask for help if needed.
